What size should I buy?
Check out our sizing chart page for approximate sizing of all of our clothing. All clothing can vary in sizing from style to style and between Men and Women.

What do you recommend when washing clothing?
All T-shirts are 100% cotton pre-shrunk. Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufactur our unique garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Some items are extremely delicate and should be dry cleaned only. Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.

How Do You Ship Your Orders?
All Orders within the United States or International are shipped through the U.S. Postal service.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Domestic (US):

$6 flat rate

Standard (3-5 Days) Domestic (US):

$20 (up to 1lbs of merchandise)

$30 (up to 3lbs of merchandise)

$40 (up to 6lbs of merchandise)

International (Non-US):

$25 (up to 3lbs of merchandise)

$50 (3-6lbs of merchandise)

$70 (6-10lbs of merchandise)

How long will it take to receive my order?
All merchandise usually leaves our workshop within 48-72 hours (2-3 days) of placing your order.  Please consult the UPS or USPS website for shipping transit times. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days please email us at Baysicsclothing@gmail.com.

My package says it has been delivered on USPS website, but I didn't get anything. What should I do?

If this happens please email us but don’t be too worried. This sometimes happens as an order is confirmed of delivery before its dropped off. Again, please email us for any issues or concerns at Baysicsclothing@gmail.com.

What if an item is out of stock?
Email baysicsclothing@gmail.com with product information and we will see if there are any future production dates. 

What does (Preorder Only) mean?
These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock. We will not charge your card until we have pulled the item and prepared it to be shipped to you.

Is it possible to pickup an order in person?
If you decide you would like to pickup your order in person, please notify us for confirmation by email. However, majority of the requests will be referred to ship packages through mail.

Can I return an Item?
Yes. In such a case please view the shipping & returns policies. Any returns or exchanges will be processed through email. *All Returns and exchanges are only accepted in new and unworn condition and within 14 days of purchase.
